Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders placed on our website are USD. To calculate your shipping cost, please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout - the rate is based on weight. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. We ship out of Miami, FL USA. Based on location international orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS.
If you choose to reject a package due to unwillingness to pay the applicable duties or fees, ROSÉ will not issue any store credits/refunds or compensation for declined packages. Please note that in such cases, duties and fees must be paid even for declined/rejected package.
IN STORE PICKUP: Free In Store Pickup is available for local customers. Click the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping). Please wait for your ready for pick up confirmation email - or contact us via email (le.rose.concept@gmail.com) or DM instagram (@shop_roseconcept) .Usually ready in 24 - 48 hours.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being ready for pickup. We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. If you can't pick up, please call us and we can help you get it shipped out! In store pickups that are not picked up within the 14 day return window (the day the order is marked as ready for pickup) is not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund.
In store pickup orders can not be returned via phone. All orders must be picked up in person with a valid ID and customers signature.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you're order says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check your shipping confirmation email to check if the address at checkout was entered correctly. Checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your order by mistake.
- If the address is incorrect/incomplete we recommend contacting the carrier to update the address (if possible) . We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address at checkout. Shipping labels are automatically created with the address entered at checkout.
- If the address is correct, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a missing mail claim. The carrier will begin an investigation and attempt to redeliver the package. We cannot replace or reimburse items until 30 days after the claim is closed.
- We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you. We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible so your carrier can retrieve your package.
